What materials are used in your candles and home fragrances?
At ROAM Homegrown, we use 100% domestically grown soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils. Our products are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery via USPS or UPS usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future, so stay tuned for updates.
Can I return or exchange a product if I'm not satisfied?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
How can I ensure the best burn for my soy candle?
To prevent tunneling, ensure the wax melts to the edge of the jar on the first burn. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting to ensure a clean, long-lasting flame.
